A major factor in Fairacre’s success can be attributed to the ability of its experienced team which can make quick and incisive decisions, anticipating changes in market conditions.

Following the structural change that affected global real estate from the Autumn of 2007, the Company again re-focused. In response to the significant drop in income and asset value, property institutions and lenders are turning to Fairacre, therefore the team has grown to deal with the current and future increased demand Fairacre has once begun to reapply its skills and expertise in the UK. This has occured on two levels:

 

INVESTMENT

Fairacre has agreed a number of joint ventures which enables us to acquire active management assets to deliver returns within a 3-5 year period.

Target assets include multi-let industrial estates, retail parks and shopping centres
 

ASSET MANAGEMENT

In response to the deterioration in the property market, Fairacre has entered in to joint ventures with institutions, lenders and LPA Receivers to apply our asset management skills delivering the entrepreneurial abilities of an experienced property company.


Fairacre provides a solution for the property owner to generate performance and preserve the value of its existing portfolio through dynamic asset management.
