£10 – £100 million - Retail Parks
£10 – £50 million - High Street Retail Units or Parades
£2 - £25 million - Neighbourhood Shopping Centres or Parades
£2 - £30 million - Vacant Unit Shops
£1 million plus.
Industrial/Warehouse
- Estates
£2 - £50 million - Vacant Units
£2 - £10 million.
For all these requirements the running yield must reach between 8.5% - 10% within one year of the acquisition.
