Fairacre has direct investments in both the UK and Germany, either independently or with joint venture partners.
UK
Our UK holdings include industrial, retail and office properties across the country, with a market value totalling some £135m. Lot sizes vary between £3m and £40m.
We have developed strong relationships with joint venture partners, always ensuring that our interests are aligned in order to bring out the best in the asset.
We constantly look for new opportunities in the UK market and have a number of specific requirements.
Germany
Fairacre has created an extensive portfolio of commercial properties, totalling some €135m. The portfolio has been built up in line with UK institutional requirements and is held with JV Partners through Luxembourg-based SPVs.
Comprising 38 individual properties in lot sizes ranging from €2 - €10 million, the properties are predominantly in the retail sector. Tenant covenants are strong and include Aldi, Lidl, Praktiker, Edeka, Rewe and Netto.
Whilst the majority of assets comprise recently constructed supermarkets/DIY units on long leases, there are also a number of asset management opportunities throughout the portfolio.
