  • Shopping Centres £10 – £200 million

  • Retail Parks £10 – £50 million

  • High Street Retail Units or Parades £2 - £25 million

  • Neighbourhood Shopping Centres or Parades £2 - £30 million

  • Vacant Unit Shops £1 million plus

  • Portfolios £10 million plus

Industrial/Warehouse

  • Estates £2 - £50 million

  • Vacant Units £2 - £10 million

For all these requirements the running yield must reach between 8.5% - 10% within one year of the acquisition.
