Fairacre

Stuart joined Russell Cash Property Consultants in 1975 to grow the Corporate Real Estate, Development and Investment agency departments. As Managing Director Stuart expanded the business, culminating in a corporate sale in 1989. He continued as MD and reacquired the Company in 1992 before reselling it to Pepper Angliss and Yarwood in 1996. At this time, Stuart left consultancy to focus on Fairacre.  Stuart’s extensive corporate and real estate experience has given Fairacre the breadth to create strong relationships in both joint ventures and financing.

Marcus qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1989 working at Healey and Baker, Donaldsons and latterly for nine years in Strutt & Parker’s Shopping Centre Investment team. During his agency career, Marcus acted for clients including Morley, Land Securities and Standard Life. He joined Fairacre in 2006 and was appointed to the partnership in 2010.  Marcus brings extensive asset management and analytical skills to the team.

Oliver worked for Omnicom and WPP in advertising before a career move into property in 2003. Over four years in the investment team at Angermann Goddard & Loyd, Oliver built up a strong base of UK and overseas clients acquiring properties in all sectors. Oliver was instrumental in sourcing German investment properties for Fairacre. He joined the team in 2007 to spearhead the expansion of Fairacre’s acquisition and joint venture strategy, becoming a partner in 2010.
