Stuart Russell

Stuart joined Russell Cash (Property Consultants) in 1975, in order to grow the Corporate Real Estate, Development and Investment agency departments. Appointed Managing Director in 1986, Stuart expanded the Business, culminating in a sale in 1989. He continued as MD, reacquiring the Company in 1992 and resold it to Pepper Angliss and Yarwood in 1996. At this time Stuart left the consultancy business to concentrate on Fairacre Properties. Stuart’s extensive corporate and real estate experience has given Fairacre the breadth to create strong relationships in both joint ventures and financing.

Leigh Perl

Following qualification as a Chartered Surveyor in 1986, Leigh spent a number of years gaining experience in all sectors of the property market at property consultants Barrington Lawrence, Allsops and Anthony Lipton. In the early 1990s he became Property Portfolio Manager for a substantial Family Trust before moving to Capital & Regional Plc as Investment Director of its trading subsidiary. Joining Fairacre in 2002, Leigh’s experience of asset management and trading, particularly in the industrial and retail sectors, have been key to Fairacre’s recent success.

Marcus Stone

Marcus commenced his property career at Healey and Baker in 1987. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1989 and in 1990 joined Donaldsons, subsequently moving to Strutt & Parker’s Shopping Centre Investment team in 1997. Throughout his agency career, Marcus focussed on the acquisition, disposal, asset management, valuation and development of retail assets, acting for a wide variety of clients including Morley, Capital & Regional, Land Securities, Standard Life and Development Securities. Marcus joined Fairacre in 2006 and has a wide ranging role, including co-ordinating the management and asset management of Fairacre’s German and UK assets and the production of financial models to analyse the acquisition and ongoing property business plans.

Oliver Kaufman

Oliver started his career in advertising in 1999 with the Omnicom group, and latterly with WPP. In 2003 he made a career change into the property business, joining the investment department of property consultants Angermann Goddard & Loyd. Over a 4 year period, Oliver built up a strong base of UK and overseas clients for whom he acquired value properties in all sectors, particularly retail and industrial. In 2005 Oliver was instrumental in sourcing German investment properties for Fairacre. He joined the Company in 2007 to spearhead the expansion of Fairacre’s acquisition and joint venture strategy.
