Parc Pemberton is a modern bulky goods retail park built in 2008 and set within the main out of town retail cluster that also includes Parc Trostre Retail Park and Trostre South.
Fairacre acquired the asset in July 2016 at a yield of 7% in a joint venue with an instutional investor. Fairacre have identified opportunities for further development of A3, and new retail units to enhance.
The Scarlets home rugby stadium is also located next to the park, which helps boost footfall and draws in more shoppers at the weekend.
The scheme provides units totalling some 140,000 sq ft of retail and food outlets with Homebase and Dunelm anchoring the park.
Other tenants including Halfords, Currys/PC World and coffee shop chain Costa.
