Today the Fairacre portfolio stands in excess of £300m with diversity in sector and geography from an industrial development in London, to a prime retail block in Leicester to a core plus retail park and leisure and retail development, both in Wales. Demonstrating our expertise in refurbishment, development, securing planning, lease restructuring, tenant engineering, debt management and local authority negotiations.
Fairacre is looking to invest in excess of £250m with our partners by the end of 2019.
